POSTER: Humanism = feminism by CosmicQueenie POSTER: Humanism = feminism by CosmicQueenie
Seriously, why bother calling yourself a humanist/equalist if you ONLY support half of this world?

Feminism is a part of Humanism/Equalism. One cannot coexist without the other.

To say that you don't support feminism is to say you don't support equal rights, hence, equalism.

I wouldn't say I don't support feminism, but I dislike the way modern feminism is being run and the people who are seen as the "leaders" in the group

The way I see things is that humans are only going to stop discriminating against each other when a completely artificial biological species created by mankind aquires the same rights as humans...

Feminists become radical for a reason in my opinion. I think it's with all the stupidity that spews from anti-feminists and MRAs.

I am a humanist, I believe that all people of any gender, religion, race, mental or physical ability, or social class are all born equal, and should be given the same rights as everyone else.

However I hate the term feminism, and I think it has become distorted and twisted over the years, and I think most 'feminists' are just lashing out against the world, and believe that all men think less of women, and that our society is completely gender biased.

I am a humanist who does not think highly of most feminists, and feminism in general, deal with it.

not really...
Humanism is the belief that we should all advance and be together. A lot of feminism lately has been about putting women above men. Not to say that there are actual equality supporting feminists, it's just that actual instances of gender inequality in America today is rare and feminists often call out things as being things they aren't.
